UEA Trip #2
Well after a fun filled day of kids and farms... We headed up to Idaho where we stayed Friday night at Deer Cliff Inn and had a fun night to ourselves in our 2 person cabin on the riverbank and ate dinner at a quaint restaurant. Then Saturday morning we met up with Brett's brother Ty and took a long intense ride from Cub River Idaho to Bloomington Lake. It was such a beautiful day for a ride. But man are we POOPED!!

I love you, but I have to blow you up...
Nothing says I love you more than hearing your Husband saying, "Honey, I dont want to be married to you anymore, so im going to strap a bomb to your chest because that is the only way to get rid of you". Thank you Brett, I Love you too and Thank Heavens it was just a nightmare!

...but I still Love technology...Always and Forever!

As a lot of you know, my daddy was killed 3 years ago. So sadly Brett and I were not able to have him at our wedding. But I have been practising with photoshop and was able to make my dad Present at our wedding physically instead of just spiritually.

Seussland!
Its been a longtime since I have blogged, and I have been meaning to put these pictures of my classroom up. So welcome to Miss Tiara's 3yr old reading class! My school is decorated so creatively; each room, each hallway, every inch of wall is painted in characters, bugs, animals, scenery, fairytales, gameboards, disney...You name it, you'll see it. But of course my room is the coolest! I freaking love Dr. Seuss!

Study, Study, Fly, Birthday, Study, and Fly some more!
What a week and how fast it seems to fly by. I turned another day older and my cute wife got me some fun presents! Here is one below of my license plate bracket!

Today I went flying for two hours and flew in 30Delta. I am progressing well on flying but need to improve on my ground school. I am having a heck of a time studying. Like for example right now. I have ground school at 7am tomorrow morning but I am writing a stinkin blog about what a slacker I am...

This is me and my instructor Ken. He took a picture of us as I was flying about 5,500 ft

This is where I work to help pay the bills untill I can get a real job flying choppers! Cache Honda Yamaha...I think I like the view from up here better than from in that building!

Another beautiful day in the sky!
Today I flew in 438G which is the call numbers of our Robinson R22 beta 2 helicopter.
We practiced altitude changes, turns, and long straight flight. We also practiced landing approaches and hovering, which is the hardest of all. During our flight we circled twice over grandpa Gilbert's house and once over work.
My flight instructor is awesome. His name is Ken. I have so much left to learn but I am super excited and having lots of fun. I usually land and walk away not being able to wipe the big grin off my face.

Demo Derby
Ah the sound of crashing metal and popping tires oh, and NACHOS, nothing beats a derby! I have always wanted to drive in one. That is still one of my dreams, call me redneck but I'm a Country Girl!
We had fun together and loved that we could walk there because we live closer than most people could park!
